Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your family to love everything you purchase from DFUVNMM LLC PLLC . If something isn‘t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below.

1. Return Window

Most items may be returned for a refund within [30] days of the delivery date. Products must be postmarked for return within this time frame. For certain seasonal or promotional items, the return window may vary — please check the product page.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

☑️ Be in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
☑️ Have all original tags attached.
☑️ Be free of pet hair, stains, odors (including perfume, smoke), and signs of wear.
☑️ Include all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).

We suggest trying on clothes on a clean, soft surface to avoid damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear (hygiene stickers must be intact — if removed, return is not accepted).
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items (unless defective).
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at reach-dfuvnmm@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2: We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and return instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), include the original packing slip, and affix the return label.
Step 4: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

5. Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
- For all other returns (change of mind, size issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within [5-10] business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures you get the replacement item as quickly as possible.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the defect or damage when contacting us.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven‘t received a refund within [10] business days after we approved it:

- First, check your bank or credit card account again.
- Then, contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
